In order to speed up the process of getting results at our races the committee have invested in the latest chip timing solution, which will be used at all races from now on. There will be some minor changes to the process on the day of our events. Runners will still register on the day and collect a chipped race number. Each number has two chips with a foam padding to proected them. The race number must be worn on the runners chest and we expect to collect the number afterwards so treat them with some care. 

Initially we will continue with a gun-start and at the finish runners will pass over two sets of mats recording their times.

There will be no need to queue in the chute to hand in your bar-code but we plan to have cordend off area for runners to remove and return their number before they leave the finish area. As with any new system there will be a learning curve for the organisers and runners so we appreciate your patience.
